We recently stayed at this resort again, and just like our previous visit, it was absolutely wonderful! It’s always a great feeling to return to a place that maintains such high standards of hospitality and comfort. A special mention to Deepak Aryan, the manager, who truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of. His attention to detail and warm hospitality make all the difference. Also, compliments to Chef Amar Singh for the delicious food! Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. During my stay at Ojaswi Himalaya Resort, one of the most unforgettable experiences was the incredible food prepared by Chef Amar Singh. Every meal felt like a perfect blend of authentic Himalayan flavors and modern culinary techniques. The freshness of ingredients, attention to detail, and beautiful presentation truly showcased his passion for cooking. Chef Amar Singh not only served delicious food but also made sure to personally check on every guest’s preference, which made the dining experience warm and personalized. From traditional Kumaoni cuisine to continental dishes, everything was absolutely delightful. His hospitality, humility, and dedication deserve special appreciation. Last weekend, we got the opportunity to stay with Ojaswi. It is located on the couch of a mountain with a scenic view of the Nanda Devi range in front of your rooms. Room No. 308 Check in - 09th Dec - 10th Dec 2O23 Ambience: Excellent Staff: Courtageous and humble Food: Good taste Location: Beautiful Location Traveling time: a bit higher, but compensate for a great vacation. Traveling with your own car is a bit better. We traveled by bus due to an office team trip; it was quite tiring for everyone. The location of this hotel I not exactly in Mukteshwar.. After viewing so many good reviews, we blindly planned to book this hotel... But once we reached there, it was difficult to go to Mahadev Temple which is though 9 kms away only, but there is a Vetenary research forest of about 5 kms in between...good for those with big groups and who love to adventure.. But we were couple with one kid, and so tired after reaching hotel that we do not want to drive also, so we asked hotel to book a cab to and fro, which costs us 2500 INR. Also, may be due to summers, we were not able to view any peak. I did not see any of the mountain or special view from here, we booked terrace room. Though the service was good, and the food was also very delicious. ~ Isha S

I am staying at Ojasvi Hotel in Mukteshwar and I’m truly impressed with the experience. The services here are amazing, and the staff is extremely courteous and attentive. The room service is quick and very well managed. The view from the property is absolutely mesmerizing — the Himalayas look breathtaking from here, and the peaceful surroundings make the stay even more special. A special mention to the chef, Amar Singh — the food he prepares is delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every meal feels homely and thoughtfully made. This resort is situated around 9 Kms from mukhteshwar. There is nothing you can find wrong about this resort. The food is very delicious. The staff is super helpful. The Manager (Mr. Joshi) and receptionist (I think Mr. Virender was his name) were very helpful and sweet. The helped us around pretty nicely for anything we asked for. They even upgraded our rooms even though we didn't asked for it. The views from this place are mesmerising. Kudos to staff and Chef for the delicious food. If you want a nice staycation with the nature. This is the place to go and enjoy the best of mukhteshwar. If you are getting a room get it with the buffet for lunch/dinner and breakfast as you need not search good food anywhere else. There's parking space for vehicle so no worries on that front. Our stay at Ojaswi Himalayan Resort was nothing short of perfect. We visited for our anniversary, and the resort made the celebration truly special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and even sent a beautiful cake to our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our day memorable. The Jain food they prepared specially for us was absolutely delicious, and their attention to detail really stood out. Honestly, no one can beat their hospitality. A brilliant property, nestled at the highest point of the area - thereby commanding a stunning view of the Himalayas. The property, with several cottage Luke structures built over several terraces has some awesome character. The semi traditional finish, using local stones, wood, sloping roof, etc. adds so much to the flavour. The rooms are large and very tastefully decorated, the large windows lets in abundant sunlight - The Sun caressess you while still lazing on your bed. The rooms, sheets, towels are super clean and the staff very prompt. Though, the USP of the place is it's greenery, the foliage, the planters - just awesome, one can feel the abundant quantity of oxygen all around you. Great ~ Akhilesh R

It was an awesome experience staying in Ojaswi Himalayan resort, Mukteshwar. I stayed there with my family and a 2 year old kid for 3 days. The resort has a very good ambience and staff has maintained hygiene. My kid enjoyed a lot in kid's zone. Staff hospitality was wonderful. Food was tasty. Everything was so fresh. On special request, on my husband's birthday, the room was decorated beautifully along with fresh cake. I appreciate the quick response that we used to get on our queries or if we want something, it was arranged immediately. My experience at Ojaswi was really unforgettable and the best . I visited with my parents and family there last week and was bit worried but the kind of hospitality i noticed there was remarkable .Ambience of Ojaswi is surronded with beautiful flowers and rooms are neat and clean with good supporting staff.Regarding food i must thank mr Bisht for his personnel care or kids they have designated play zone which every child love to ..and credit for all this goes the Mr Pandey who is the owner of this resort he and his son Nilesh doing really good job ......this i can say is the right place for peaceful holiday and one can visit with family....Thanks to the Ojaswi team . ~ Piyush S

I am Amit yadav from Ghaziabad and i am currently visited ojaswi himalaya resort in mukteshwar so I thought that I would share my experience that this resort is best resort the room service members are very humble and polite and the food was awesome all things are available there in on time all kids things are available like kids room kids chair for eating food and the main attraction that is the swimming pool was one of the pool was very neat and clean the water was very clean and the swimming pool view of the mountains was awesome all things was well arranged. The most picturesque mountain views you will get of the whole Nanda Devi range on one side, and the whole Nepalese mountain range on the other. And the best part is that all rooms in this resort have these views! Our 3N, 4D stay was excellent with the resort proving to be self-sufficient in most ways. We had ample activities inside to pass our time in case we got bored of staring at the beautiful mountains, and the food they served was finger licking good, to say the least. Always happy to help with a smile, the staff made our stay very comfortable. Great experience, will definitely visit again! ~ Sagar G

The resort is one of best maintained Resort around Sitla-Satkhol area of Kumayun district. If someone looking for a weekend trip to Mukhteshwar-Sitla, it would be the very good option to stay. All the staffs are well trained, very much cooperative and the foods are also good in respect to breakfast buffet. We choose 'Jungle Retreat' room for very good view of Himalaya, and for a extra sitting place with glass covered view area. The same thing is also available in Family suit. The best thing of the resort I loved is architecture and landscaping. The other thing is the resort is full of indoor sports facility for adults and children. ~ Gourab B

Awesome Property, great offbeat location with gorgeous views of the Himalayas. The hotel staff was cooperative and polite. The rooms were clean with all the amenities like coffee, tea, electric kettle, room heater etc. They have multiple categories of room and we booked 'Kafal' room which we found amazing (big balcony with best sunset/sunrise view, spacious room, jacuzzi). The room service was also up to the mark and food taste was very good. They also have clean infinity pool which oversees the hills, we loved it. Overall the property looks like a Japanese Zen garden from inside with various pathways leading to different areas of the property. If you are in the Sitla/ Mukteshwar area and looking for a peaceful resort, then this is the place to go!! PS: They also have an Arcade/ Games room, kids play area, Spa. Their included buffet breakfast was also very nice. Wifi was a bit problematic though. ~ Mujtaba A

we have organized our annual sales conference at this property. This property is awesome. Awesome location, awesome food and above all most courteous staff with 24x7 help desk, specially Mr. Naveen and team. Great hospitality. Rooms are up to mark. Very specious rooms with all modern amenities like, geyser, heater, complete bathroom accessories, electric kettle etc. Special attractions are: indoor games and live music with bone fire. we loved it. we are around 32 people and we all enjoyed a lot. This review might not be very insightful since I was there only for an hour or so. The best thing about this place is the location. This location offers amazing scenic views of the lower ranges of Himalayas from the rooms and from the restaurant. The lawns are well maintained. There is a spa. The reception service could be improved upon. The owner is a nice person and talks calmly. The reception people seem uninterested. A definite recommend for someone planning to visit a peaceful place and take in the beauty of nature. ~ ad a

I like this place, specifically the location, Seetla is a calm place, not many people go there. This is next to Seetla reserve forest, 8km from mukteshwar Temple. Hotel is well maintained, view is awesome from every room, and garden is very good and clean.. Food is OK OK.. And staff is limited and they serve food for limited time only like in the evening you will only get light snacks.. Hotel has activities for kids, and pool and Table tennis table.. They also provide us mountain bicycle to roam around.. ~ KAPIL N

I visited Ojaswi due to unexpected weather during my trip, and it turned out to be the best decision. The resort is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by the stunning Uttarakhand hills. The rooms have amazing views, top-class amenities, and excellent service. The resort has everything you need, from a kids’ play zone to an infinity pool with breathtaking views. Staying in Ojaswi was the best decision we made. The beautiful views, hygienic rooms and property, excellent supporting staff with all needed amenities. Kids friendly property with playzone, gaming area, pool and walk areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation and spouse birthday. Special arrangements were made on request for birthday decors. We had a great stay at the hotel during the period Oct 11-14. The views from the hotel are mesmerising. All the amenities are very good and maintained as well. The pool area is quite good and is fun to be around. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. The main highlight was the amazing food throughout our stay. Chef Amar Singh ensured high food standard which really suited us well. Also the duty manager Deepak Aryan was very helpful throughout the stay. All in all I highly recommend the hotel and we enjoyed our stay here to the fullest. ~ Arein G

Place is well maintained with view of snow capped mountains from every room. Property is very well maintained and even keep you busy with taking snaps within the compound. One can opt for personal bon fire at garden or at terrace. Resort offer both room dining and buffet for all the three meals as per customer choice. Though situated a little away from Muktheswar keeps you away from crowd so that one can enjoy the nature in peace. Staff was too good, helpful and open to serve you at late hours.
